Diana is going back on hiatus for now. Looking back, I simply wasn't ready for this. I know I can do this. This image is some of my best work, I think, and no coincidence that it's my first work since my decision to go on hiatus. I will return, hopefully within a few months, when this is standard for me.

It's been two years to the day since the last new comic, and I'll be damned if I'm going to let that continue. So it's time to get things going again. I'm doing all the art, writing, everything myself this time, so bear with me a bit, okay?

I'm going to be starting the story over again. My apologies to anyone who's already read the opening sequence twice before, but I don't want people to go through that much of Daniel's art, only to get broadsided by the sudden drop of quality when they reach my strips. Also, I'm going to try pacing things a bit differently. Instead of thinking of each page as its own quasi-entity, needing to end with a joke or a dramatic point, I'm going to view them simply as pages. One part of an on-going story.

The plan is to get at least one strip out every week. Depending on how long that takes me, I'll try to increase the update rates. Ideally, I'd like to have three new pages per week.
